Great place to buy parts. I have used ralphs for a long time and plan on keeping using them. There is not reason to look any wherer else for parts you allways have them. Great work and a great selection of parts thumbs up.

Attention: Royce;

Never before have I received such great service and satisfaction from a company as I have had from you when I purchased a used transmission for my 1990 Honda EXR in April of 1999.

I had to bring my car back 4 months later because I was again experiencing some problems.

You never hesitated to both have my car checked out as well as replace and install another transmission at no charge.

This was all done very quickly without any hassles what-so-ever.

You have gained a loyal customer who will always recommend you as being a top supplier that offers exceptional service and great customer satisfaction.

Thank you again,

Brian Forrest
MY NAME IS BRIAN FORREST AND I BOUGHT THE SET OF TAILLIGHTS OFF OF YOU. THE AUCTION WAS ALREADY OUT OF THE DATABASE WHEN I RECEIVED THEM SO I COULD NOT LEAVE FEEDBACK.

I JUST WANTED TO DROP YOU A LINE AND TELL YOU HOW SATISFIED I WAS WITH THE TAILLIGHTS AND TELL YOU THAT THE SHIPPING COST INCLUDING C.O.D. WAS ONLY $20.42. ALSO IF THIS ITEM DOESN'T SELL CALL OR EMAIL ME AND MAYBE WE CAN NEGOTIATE SOMETHING BECAUSE I WOULDN'T MIND HAVING AN EXTRA LENS AND BEZEL, I DON'T REALLY NEED THE HOUSING. THANKS,

BRIAN FORREST

Douglas Hunt,

Thank you for your involvement in the last cycle of the Automotive Trades Program, ATP. The tour of the surrey Yard proved to be very informative for the students and assisted in showing the depth of the automotive trade.

Due to the informative nature of the tour and the enjoyment the students had touring the yard, I would like to ask if we could arrange for a day that I can bring the students down and tour them around. There is no set day that we would be coming so whatever is best for you and the Surrey location will be terrific.

I will ensure that all students have the WCB coverage and safety shoes and coveralls prior to entering the yard and they will be under supervision as in the past tour.

I thank you for your support and community involvement. I look forward to your response in the near future.

Dear Greg,

By far you have been the friendliest and warmhearted person I have met at any autowrecker in British Columbia. Not only did you go out of your way to assist in helping me find the parts I needed but you also took the time in recommending a licensed mechanic to install them, saving me more money and time than I ever would have thought.

You have made my experience of a disfunctioning car into a happy one.

Thankyou
Sincerely,

Cindy Watson

Good Morning Jason,

I am writing to tell you that the parts for our Pontiac Bonneville arrived in the UK and have been delivered to the garage ready to repair the vehicle.

I would at this time, like to thank you for the time and effort you have put into this unusual shipping order. Being Canadian, it is almost certain that we take for granted the expert and excellent service we receive every day in Canada. However, living abroad here in the UK, makes you appreciate these daily services even more. Customer service here ‘stinks’ (for lack of a better term).

I would like to express to you our sincere thanks in the quality of the car parts you shipped to us, they were pristine, and as good as your word. As I said, something we take for granted in Canada, but not so here in the UK.

I would also like to repeat to you the outstanding praise of the garage owner and his staff on the quality and condition of the parts on arrival at his garage. To use the word ‘taken back in awe’ would not be an over emphasis. They are truly shocked at the level of quality of service that comes out of Canada. It certainly makes you proud to be Canadian. (Pat yourself on the back).

I would then, once again Jason, like to thank you for the excellent service you provided to my husband and myself, and hope that this makes your day, on a job well done. It is all to often we write to complain, but never recognize people for their good. I want to make this an exception.

It was a pleasure doing business with you, your service both via phone and email was excellent, and your products and service have spoken for themselves.

We shall be back in Canada at Christmas and will make a point to stopping by to thank you personally.

Yours sincerely,

Paul and Terri

To Our Valued Sponsors,

On behalf of the Langley Good Times Cruise-In Society Executive Committee, I would like to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to our sponsors who helped make this year’s Langley Good Times Cruise-In weekend such a success.

Mother nature, unfortunately, is not always a car person as was made perfectly clear on Friday night. Although we had some bad weather the night before, we still had 1218 registered cars and up to 100,000 spectators on Saturday. The weather cooperated and it turned out to be a perfect day. We could not have been happier with the turnout.

We added two new events this year, Friday night Wings and Wheels at the Langley regional Airport and Sunday Swap Meet, Car Corral held at Kwantlen University College. The results and participation in these two events were overwhelming to say the least. Friday night was a true test as the skies opened up and it poured all night. Many braved the conditioned and we had a great turnout.Plans are already in place to continue on for next year. Just imagine what it would have been like if we had good weather. Sunday’s Swap Meet and the Car Corral were also a great success and will be continued again. It was a great place to find some new and used parts, some great tasting Chili and possibly your dream car.

Between the Langley God Times Cruise-In Society, C.N.I.B., Rotary Club of Qualicum Beach, Local Service Clubs, Kwantlen University College, and the local Market place I.G.A., close to $100,000 was raised for Charity during the Cruise-In. The funds raised by The Langley Good Times Cruise-In Society will be going to: Langley Arthritis Society, Valley Therapeutic Equestrian Association, Big Brothers and Sisters of Langley and the Langley Hospital for Children Services.

We are very fortunate as a committee to have such a dedicated group of sponsors. It is the help and contribution by our sponsors that makes the Langley Good Times Cruise-In such a great show. Thank you for helping us out and we hope to see you again next year.

Mark your calendar for September 9th to 11th for the 9th annual Langley Good Times Cruise-In.

Sincerely,

LANGLEY GOOD TIMES CRUISE-IN SOCIETY
